Coalhouse Fort at sunset

Coalhouse Fort is an artillery fort in the eastern English county of Essex and occupies a strategic location on the north bank of the River Thames, fronted by a moat and saltmarshes. It was built in the 1860s to guard the lower Thames against seaborne attack. It stands at Coalhouse Point on the north bank of the river, at a location near East Tilbury that was vulnerable to raiders and invaders. 0 likes

Aerial footage shot with Mavic Air in Lodge Farm Park in Romford

Finally, I decided to purchase my own drone and I couldn’t make up my mind because I was waiting for the right moment. Plus, I wanted my drone to be portable, with good image quality, user-friendly and decent battery life. Since I am about to travel to Romania soon and spend most of the time in the mountains, I have decided to purchase a Mavic Air. It seems to check all the boxes and after my first flight, I am impressed. Check out the video I was able to shot in its maiden voyage in Lodge Farm Park, Romford. Aerial […]

0 likes

My most viewed 360 photos in Google StreetView

It was about time to change the engine oil in my Vauxhall Zafira, so I ordered 5L XTech 5w-30 from Amazon.co.uk. Price £19.90. I needed £0.10p to qualify for free delivery so I’ve added a pair Google Cardboard VR2 glasses into the basket. Today I have received my order and started playing with Google Cardboard. A few seconds after opening the package, I managed to rip off the Velcro from one side but managed to “patch it” with some Velcro stickers I had in my toolbox. By the way, I’ve tried using glue, but it wouldn’t stick. Next, I have downloaded the […]

Christmas card

Christmas Card to hang on the wall This will be a surprise Christmas Card for my parents featuring my daughter Diana. This is a composite, I’ve photoshopped in a portrait of Diana that I shot especially for this purpose. She was dressed up in a Santa Costume and the matching hat. I am pleased with the results and decided to print it A3 and give it to my parents to hang it on the wall. If you want something similar done featuring your baby instead please contact me. 2 likes

Natural birth is a wonderful thing if you are men…or women with a high threshold to pain. Amazing 7 days holiday in Thassos

Amazing 7 days holiday on the beautiful island of Thassos, Greece Day 1, Tuesday 25 August 2015: Transit from Romania-Bulgaria-Greece _ We’ve started our journey in Bucharest, at 3am in the morning. We’ve been delayed at Ruse because the bridge across Danube had some road works going on and only one way was in use. A 10 minutes crossing became 1h30min-waiting queue. We continued our route through Bulgaria to Thassos, our final destination. 3 likes
