136-2020 – Socialising during lockdown

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the way we end up socialising during lockdown.

This is pathetic. Government is saying that these measures were taken to so the NHS can cope with the influx of potential patients infected with Covid-19.
While we all save the NHS my mother is in pain every day waiting for a hip replacement which has been delayed due to Covid-19.
Like my mother there are so many other cases. I ask myself again, is this lockdown really worth it and who is counting the damage it does to the world economy?
