Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the mushrooms stew I’ve made out of the mushrooms we got yesterday. I’ve used Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) mushrooms only. I chopped two red onions, 5 garlic cloves, 1 bell pepper and 1 tomato. After a few minutes I added the mushrooms and a bit of stock.
